G63 NEU
The structure is designed with a reinforced concrete frame and solid masonry, ensuring durability and stability. Interior finishes balance quality and functionality: apartments feature parquet floors, smooth plastered walls, and high-quality bathrooms with large-format tiles and modern fixtures. Balconies, roof terraces, and private outdoor spaces provide extensions of the living areas, while all apartments are equipped with energy-efficient heating, ventilation, and technical systems.
The project emphasizes outdoor quality and community spaces, with two courtyards designed to integrate playgrounds, seating areas, and landscaped greenery. The main courtyard offers varied play areas for children and semi-private terraces for ground-floor apartments, while the smaller courtyard provides additional greenery and bicycle parking. Neutral paving and carefully chosen plantings create visual continuity and a welcoming atmosphere for residents.
Greifenhagener Straße 63 demonstrates a careful balance of modern residential living, functional design, and high-quality outdoor spaces, offering both private comfort and shared community amenities within an urban Berlin context.
