The project preserves the existing pier as a central narrative element, transforming it into a spatial path of memory while integrating new pavilions, floating structures, and public spaces along the Spree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A main pavilion and elevated public roof create a new urban viewpoint over the river, while a sequence of exhibitions, museum ships, and a marina reconnect the site with contemporary cultural life.
